1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service from Rulavira Process Systems Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services Description

Rulavira Process Systems Ltd provides digital SOP and process library structures, including ready-made digital products and custom library setup services. All services are limited to general-purpose, non-sensitive business materials.

We do not provide regulated, financial, legal, medical, cybersecurity, or licensed consulting services. Our work is limited to the organization, formatting, and structuring of internal business process documentation.

3. Scope of Work

The scope of each engagement is defined at the time of purchase or agreement. Products are delivered as digital structures and templates. Service engagements include library setup, formatting, and organization as described on the Setup Services page.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope will require a separate agreement. We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside our service area, including requests involving regulated or sensitive subject matter.

4. Payment

Products are priced between $200 and $700. Services are priced between $300 and $900. All prices are listed in USD. Payment terms for service engagements are agreed upon before work begins. Products are delivered upon receipt of payment.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a product or service does not match its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered process library structures and templates for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the structures without written permission from Rulavira Process Systems Ltd.

The underlying framework designs, layout logic, and structural patterns remain the intellectual property of Rulavira Process Systems Ltd.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rulavira Process Systems Ltd provides process library structures for organizational and documentation purposes only. We are not liable for any business decisions, operational outcomes, compliance outcomes, or financial results that arise from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or services if these terms are violated. Service agreements may be terminated by either party with written notice, subject to the payment terms agreed upon at the start of the engagement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
